System Overview

• Operates on Dedicated LPG or CNG
• Patented, breakthrough technology in a digital system. This is the most cost-effective solution to reduce pollutants while still retaining the original power and performance of the engine.
• 100% replacement of the gasoline system on Dedicated Units.

CNG Engine Fuel System:

• Single-stage Pressure Regulation.

*High-pressure Coalescing filter.
*Type III CNG low-pressure fuel hose used to connect pressure regulator to CNG injector assembly.
*Utilizes a closed-loop multi-point fuel injection (MPFI) system fully integrated with the OEM electronic controls to drive CNG injectors using the same scanner used for the OEM gasoline diagnostic (i.e. Tech 2, Mastertech).

LPG Engine Fuel System:

• Utilizes a closed-loop multi-point fuel injection (MPFI) system fully integrated with the OEM electronic controls to drive the LPG injectors using the OEM Vehicle Control Module (VCM)
• 2-stage Vaporizer assembly with electric heat.
• Low pressure LP gas filter.

*All hoses used are Type III LPG hoses rated at 350 psig operating pressure.
*No special equipment or software is required to diagnose the LPG system. Fuel system diagnostics functions are available through the Diagnostic Connector Link (DCL) using the same scanner used for the OEM gasoline diagnostic (i.e. Tech 2, Mastertech).
